IT'S A BOY!!!!
It's A Boy!! The Wilson Family is very happy to announce the arrival of Benjamin Michael Wilson on July 24th, 2008. Ben came into the world at 7:03pm, weighing in a 6 lbs. 2 ounces and 20 inches long. He may be a skinny little guy, but he's got giant hands and feet, just like his brother. In fact, he looks exactly like Jaden! Speaking of brothers, Big brother Jaden is so excited to have a new brother and is busy "taking care" of everyone all day long! Especially his sister Myla who is very curious about the new little person in the house, but surely has no clue what she just gained! The rest of us do though, and we feel so blessed to add Ben to our lives. Life is crazy, but not too crazy that we all don't have time to sit and stare a little at this miracle!
Labor went well. I was induced the night before (wednesday), they were FINALLY able to break my water at 3:3opm on Thursday, I went from 1 to 4 cm dialated by 4pm and 90 percent effaced. I was pushing by 6:30, with no epidural as it had worn off from earlier in the day (an experience I'd be glad to share but I'm sure not all want to hear it!), and Ben was born at 7:03pm. He came out healthy and in my arms from the moment he was born. It was so thrilling to hear all call out that it was a boy!!! Definately worth the wait!
Enjoy the pictures and we hope to see everyone soon! Love to you all!!!!!

New Pictures!
Here are some new pictures. Some are from Father's Day, others are from what we do everyday...hang-out! We are enjoying this summer; going to the pool, splash parks, summer concerts, the Dr. every week for Myla's on-going ear infections, and awaiting baby number 3 (which I am so ready to be here!) I'm 33 weeks now and will have another ultra sound today because my uterus has measured two weeks behind for about 4 weeks now. I'm sure nothing to be concerned about but we will be relieved when we know everything is ok! Hope everyone is great, enjoy the pics! Love to you all!

Happy Mother's Day!
Happy Mother's Day to all of the special mother's in my life! It is a blessing to raise my own children with the love, support and encouragement from each of you! I thought today would be appropriate to post the pictures of our latest ultra sound last Thursday. The baby looks great, weighing in already at 2lbs. 7oz. In a few of the 3D pictures they took, him or her looks almost identical to our little Jaden the day he was born. We become more and more excited everyday for this little miracle to arrive and welcome him or her into our family! On this Mother's Day, I can't help but look back to last year as I celebrated with my amazing son but longed for another baby. I pray for, today, all of the women that I know, and those I don't that are struggling with infertility or waiting for their match as they endure the adoption process. God has blessed me richly this year as I watch Myla in her crib sleeping right now, and I am struck at what a difficult day this must be for her birthmom. Please hold her, Michelle, in your prayers today as well. I know now, in my life, just what a miracle each baby is to your family, no matter how they came to be apart of it. Again, Happy Mother's Day to the most amazing women I know! I love each of you dearly and thank my God on your behalf today!

Time Flies!
Well, I'm not keeping up as well as I said I would but time flies in this house! Jaden has been extremely attached to my hip lately. All he wants is me and won't leave the house unless I come. (something I will remind him of continually when he reaches 18) Really, we think he's just a little unsure of all of the changes going on. We've been spending most of our time outside now that the weather is nice and have enjoyed a few picnics at the parks. We put Myla in the swing for the first time and I don't believe I've ever seen such pure joy in a child. I will forever remember the giggle and thrill coming from her. She could have sat there all day!
Baby number 3 seems to be doing well as of my Dr.'s appointment last Thursday. I'm 26 weeks and feel like this baby must be a boy because he, or she, never stops moving! Yes, another busy Wilson baby is on the way I have a feeling. We have another ultra sound on May 8th to check my fluid (because I had low fluid with Jaden) and check the size of the cyst on my left ovary.
Hope this entry finds everyone doing well and enjoying the spring flowers and trees beginning to turn green. I love this season because of the new life it brings all around us! It reminds me to love my husband, love my children and everyone around me for the season they are in because they change so quickly.

Bloggin' Mama!!
Hello Everyone! Welcome to our new blog. I decided to create one for our family that is separate from the one we share with Myla's birthparents so we can share more information! Feel free to change it on your blog if you have our old one. I am excited to say that Spring looks like it is right around the corner (finally) and we are finally all feeling better! It was a long winter starting with pregnancy nauseau, flu, colds and oh so many more fun things we all shared as a family of 4 (almost 5!) The kids are doing great! Jaden is as big as a four year old and outgrew all of his 3T clothes before he had a chance to permanently stain them! He is our fearless boy with that keeps us on our toes and a little drained of energy all of the time! We enjoy every second listening to him tell his stories, watching his football moves, riding his bike (practically doing without training wheels already!), and cuddling with him. He is quite the Mommy's boy right now and seems a little confused by my growing belly, even asking if he could go back in! Just one of the joys of forming families through adoption! He has so many questions which have already challenged us and been cause for great joy at what God has done! Speaking of adoption, our little Myla "bean", as we call her, is quite simply the best and sweetest baby ever! She turned 6 months on March 19th and her personality just exploded! She smiles all of the time (unless she's really hungry), has learned to make her way around the room by rolling and a little scooting, and wants to eat everything (although she's only currently sampling peas and peaches, yum!) We are so thankful for the life, contentment, joy and sensitivity that she adds to our family! I look at both of my kids all of the time and wonder where I would be without them! In pregnancy news, baby number three is getting stronger every week. I'm in my 22nd week and feeling pretty good. My pregnancy seems very different then with Jaden, but life is also a little different then when I was carrying Jaden. I enjoy feeling the pokes and movements everyday and dreaming about whether this baby is a boy or a girl! It is fun to guess and wonder, but also so amazing to feel like God knows exactly what sex will fit best with our family. Although this pregnancy was quite a shock, we stand amazed at his timing and how if this would have happened one month earlier we would not have been eligible to adopt Myla (according to Bethany's policy) and where would we be without her, yet are so excited to add one more to the crazy mix! Micah and I are doing great. We just assisted in another marriage crisis weekend and saw so many broken relationships totally healed, celebrated Micah's big 3-0 in Cinn. together, and had fun with Micah's Mom as she visited for 9 days! Our lives changed so dramatically in one month last November as we were trying to adjust to two kids and then a new pregnancy on top of it all (with nausea and migraines to follow for the next 18 weeks), but life has slowed down and we are thankful for all of you for your love, support, encouragement and for just doing life with us! My goal is to keep this blog updated at least weekly and share life with many of you that I get to see weekly but many that are unfortunately far away in distance, but never from our hearts! We love you all--
